Ticket Sales

You may purchase tickets for events at the Bank of Springfield Center in person at the Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com.

For those who opt for Will Call delivery of their tickets, please be advised that those tickets will not be printed until 4 hours prior to the event. Please note you cannot pick up tickets at the BOS Center for events at other venues purchased through Ticketmaster. Please note that tickets for events at the BOS Center are not exchangeable or refundable unless an event has been rescheduled or cancelled.  

Bank of Springfield Center is not a Ticketmaster outlet location. You will only be able to purchase tickets at our Box Office for events happening at the BOS Center. 

 

Payment Options
BOS Center Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash - sorry, no checks accepted.
 

Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing company for BOS Center events. BOS Center is not responsible for validating any tickets purchased from third party websites (like Stub Hub, Ticketsnow.com, vividseat.com, etc) nor will they assist with any problems that may result from tickets purchased through a non-authorized vendor.

Accessibility Information
Accessible seating is available for every event at the BOS Center. Listening devices are also available for our hearing impaired guests. For more information, click here. To make arrangements, please call the Box Office at 217-788-8814 ext. 5.

It is up to organizers of each event to provide sign language interpreters when necessary. BOS Center will work with you and the event's organizer to facilitate an interpreter as long as a request has been made at least 3 weeks prior the the even you wish to attend. Please email info@theboscenter.com or call  217-788-8800 to find out about arrangements for the event you wish to attend.

Group Sales
Some attractions visiting the Bank of Springfield Center may offer group discounts on ticket prices. For more information about bringing your group to a specific event at the BOS Center, please contact our Box Office at 217-788-8814, ext. 5. Plan something extraordinary for your group! VIP rooms are available throughout the BOS Center for pre-function events. One of our Event Coordinators will be happy to go over pricing and confirm availability with you.
