Plan now to join IRC at the 55th Annual IRC Conference from March 9-10, 2023 at the Bank of Springfield Center, President Abraham Lincoln Hotel, and the Wyndham Hotel in Springfield, Illinois.
The Illinois Reading Council (IRC) is a nonprofit professional organization chartered in May 1969 whose members promote reading and literacy for people of all ages. It has 27 local councils in communities in Illinois and 5 special interest statewide councils. There are over 2,000 members in Illinois working to further literacy goals.
