important Notes from the district 186:

The BOS Center is limited to 25% capacity, which allows for each graduate to have four guests. Tickets will be available by request through an online form that each high school has sent to families. The form must be completed by May 28, and tickets will be distributed on June 3 and 4. Tickets will be provided in pods of four and pods will be assigned at random on the main and mezzanine levels. Families will have a ticketed assigned seat in these pods. If there is remaining space available, extra tickets will be distributed by drawing names. The extra tickets will be assigned seats in the mezzanine and balcony level. The main floor will be reserved for our graduates to allow for proper distancing between seats. Accessible seating will be available.

We will require masks to be worn the entire time while in the building and ask that individuals who are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms remain at home. Additionally, gathering in the lobby area or outside the entrances before and after the ceremonies will not be permitted. This includes the plaza area outside of the BOS Center. We are asking that all guests wishing to take pictures do so at another location so that we can maintain social distancing in all areas and quickly clear the BOS Center for the next graduation.

The
doors close 30 minutes after the beginning of the ceremony. It is important to be on time to the ceremonies.
