To celebrate the 50th anniversary of National History Day, the 2024 theme will be Turning Points in History. This year’s theme invites you to consider questions of time and place, cause and effect, change over time, and impact and significance.

9:00-9:45 a.m. - Setup of exhibits, tech check for documentaries/performances, exhibit public viewing

8:45-9:45 a.m. - Judge check-in and orientation

10:00-12:30 p.m. - Judging

12:45-1:15 p.m. - Judge deliberation, exhibit public viewing

2:45-3:45 p.m. - Public viewing, finals deliberation

4:00-5:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony

5:00-5:45 p.m. - National Qualifiers Info Meeting

5:00-5:45 p.m. - Take down exhibits
